It is always a pleasure to be a part of the core branches of engineering, that is, civil engineering. Amongst all branches of engineering, the range and application of civil engineering is the broadest and the most visible. In fact, the entire infrastructural framework of a modern nation is the creation of civil engineers.This
field involves the building of various structures like Roads, Railways, Airports, Tunnels, Aqueducts, Dams, Retaining walls, canals, culverts, Buildings, Water tanks, Water supply lines, Drainage lines etc. It involves planning Design, construction maintenance, and management of structures.
My advice to all my youngsters, always ready to upgrade yourself & be able to fulfill need of industrial challenges with consideration of socio-economic development and environmental values.
I look forward for preparing my students to face the challenges by encouraging them with provision of active teaching learning mechanism and developing individual , professional and entrepreneurial attitude through curricular activities, also facilitating knowledge along with socio-economic and environmental consideration
